‘Spit Don’t Rinse’ For Better Oral Health
The Oral Health Foundation recommends that people should just spit rather than rinse the mouth after brushing. It is in an effort to improve oral health. Rinsing out the mouth is bad for oral health since it will wash away all the protective fluoride left behind from the toothpaste after brushing. The fluoride strengthens the tooth enamel making it resistant to decay.
